Today’s world requires companies not only to produce quality products, but also to be responsible to nature and customers. In our case, we not only take these needs into account, but also exceed them by offering the concept of “from forest to finished home”.

Our company is different from competitors because we control every stage of the process. Starting from the construction of forest roads and skidding tracks, we have our own equipment for sorting and removing timber, as well as a small wood processing plant. This integrated approach allows us to manage production from the timber allocated for felling to 100% processing into finished timber products.

Unfortunately, less than 1% of forestry companies in Ukraine can perform this entire range of work. We do not limit ourselves to the construction of “wild” log cabins. Our sorting system allows us to use only 10-20% of the forest for this type of construction. Thus, we use the most expensive and high-quality timber to create houses, and this is our uniqueness and our strongest point.

Our company is an example of responsible use of natural resources. Harvested timber is processed by 98%, and we export finished products outside Ukraine. Our approach allows us to build 7-10% cheaper than our competitors, while ensuring high quality and environmental safety.

In addition, the company provides a variety of products – from sawn timber to process chips and fuel pellets. We are proud of our work and believe that each of our clients receives not just a house, but a masterpiece created with love and respect for the world around them.
